SILENT PRAYER – we are "one in Us" (John 17:21)
<p>LUNCHTIME SILENT PRAYER</p>
<p>Welcome.</p>
<p>We are "one in Us" (John 17:21)</p>
<p><em>The Lord is in his holy temple; let all the earth be silent before Him. Habakkuk 2:20</em></p>
<p>This is the silent prayer we engage in, in the secret place. Join us. </p>
<p>We gather together to give worship and adoration in silent stillness around the throne (Revelation 5). We gather as children of the Father, sons and daughters of the Father, and brothers and sisters of Jesus. We are family. We are ONE.</p>
<p>In agape love we have written a 'silent prayer' guide below called '10 MINUTES THAT COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE – PERSONAL SILENT PRAYER'.</p>

<p>OUR FOCUS</p>
<p>“My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit exults in God my Saviour, for He has regarded my lowly state.” Luke 1:46-47.</p>
<p>This captures the practice better than anything I could express. We simply worship in silent stillness.</p>
<p>Around the throne … all creatures in heaven and on earth … worshipping God. Revelation 5.</p>
<p>The 'all creatures on earth' bit is us now.</p>
<p>Enjoy your place in the greatest community that was, is, or ever will be. For the truth is we are one now. We just need to affirm it, and we can, together, in silent worship.</p>
<p>Our meetings are open to all – Orthodox, Catholic, Protestant, None-denominational, the marginalised, those who <em>‘labour and suffer reproach because they trust in the Living God’</em> 1 Timothy 4:10</p>
<p>PRAY with us in the UNITY of the Holy Spirit.</p>
<p>10 MINUTES THAT COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE<br />PERSONAL SILENT PRAYER</p>
<p>2.5 MINUTES – simply forsake all to the Lordship of Jesus, all your problems, cares and concerns. Empty yourself of things about you, give them to the Lord. Carrying no baggage, you pass through the narrow gate into the secret place.</p>
<p>5 MINUTES – you are now poor in spirit. Fill your heart with adoration and praise of God, His power, His presence, His greatness, His love for you. Simply give worship.</p>
<p>2.5 MINUTES – Come out into pasture, remember Jesus is leading you, and the Holy Spirit rests upon you. Slowly return to the world and its concerns, but now more focussed under the Lordship of Jesus.</p>
