Maranatha – new comment on Ken Marshall

New comment from Tony Hill

I remember Ken from the 1980's at Harpurhey. A down-to-earth unassuming man with great wisdom. A man always worth listening to, and I'm glad to have encountered him. Thank you Linda for letting us know…….. Tony

Ken Marshall

I suspect that most Maranatha folk do not know that when Maranatha was formed there was a small group of founder members alongside Dennis and Fr Michael, who shared in the agreement to pray and walk together as a community. One of the less known (and as far as I know the last surviving) founder members was Ken Marshall, a Methodist Local Preacher, who lived in Nottingham. Ken had deteriorating health over recent years and died peacefully last week. We thank God for him and for all the many ways in which he served the Lord so faithfully. His wife Katherine died a few years ago. Please pray for his daughter Ruth and the whole family.
